SILENT HOME AUCTION
Simply a new concept in the home buying process. The Silent Home Auction targets one home at a time. At Real Estate Relief , we post an ad which has all the particulars of the home to be auctioned. You can review this information provided along with opening bid info, open house, dates and times.
Appointments are recommended so each and every potential purchaser has a fair chance to see the home thoroughly. Bid Sheets along with an Offer to Purchase will be available at each Open House to submit. A deposit of $5000 will be required with every Bid Sheet and Offer to Purchase and used towards the down payment of the Highest Bidder. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to contact or check online for the most current high bid. At that point you have the Option to place another Bid. In doing so, the Bid Sheet and Offer to Purchase shall be adjusted accordingly and initialed by both parties. If you have Bid your maximum and have no further interest in the property, your deposit will be fully refunded (upon the sale of the home, with no penalty).
All Silent Home Auctions will have a pre-determined closing date which is non-negotiable along with a final bid date to close all bidding. The highest bidder will be notified of his or her purchase within 2 business days after final bid date. It is the sole responsibility to have all necessary financing in place before closing. In the event this deal does not close through any fault of the purchaser, the deposit will become non-refundable. Please note all bid sheets and offers to purchase are legally binding contracts and must be treated as such. If you need to sell your property in order to purchase any one of our properties, please notify us and some arrangements may be made prior to your offer to purchase.
